Hi,

Yesterday found out we have 2 missing mailbox. We wonder how it got lost?

We lost 2 important user email for 2 days. 4th and 5th Nov.

Trying to get back.

Hard to speculate how mailbox got lost. I can think of a number of reasons. As for recovery, if the mailbox did not exist we would not accept the message so there is no recovery from Sophos. We do plan…

Hard to speculate how mailbox got lost. I can think of a number of reasons. As for recovery, if the mailbox did not exist we would not accept the message so there is no recovery from Sophos. We do plan to have a report in early next year showing these missing mailboxes.
