Sophos Email - Choosing/Selecting a Mailbox to Protect

Is there any update from Sophos wherein protected mailboxes can be selected? This is because there are valid mailboxes that are still active, but users are resigned already.

Mailboxes stay active/licensed for 30 days after the user has been active. if no email is received for the user after 30 days then they are removed from active licenses. Another way of "selecting" mailboxes…

Mailboxes stay active/licensed for 30 days after the user has been active. if no email is received for the user after 30 days then they are removed from active licenses. Another way of "selecting" mailboxes would be to sync directory for only active users group.
