Explain what you mean when removing the MX record? What is your failure policy for SPF?

How much priority does Sophos MX have? I have the problem

mx sopho priority 1
mx sopho priority 5
mx prov priority 10
mx prov priority 20

But if I give priority to the provider's domains, and I don't go through Sophos security, all the domains that are rejected go through without any problem.

Priority doesn't have any effect on SPF except it is the record that receives email, lowest priority is first to receive email. Have you configured prod.hydra.sophos.com as part of the permitted senders? I might be best to open a support ticket to work with someone vs putting domain information here in public forum.
