Email Inbound Allow/Block update via API?

Hello, this seems like such a simple and obvious function to be API enabled but after exhaustive searching it appears that its not. Is there any chance email inbound allow/block updates will be API enabled in the future?

Scott, this is under development and roadmapped, i do not have a firm timeline at this stage but we are working on it along with a Mailbox Management API to add, delete, change mailboxes.
