Resend Mails from Sophos Mail

Hi Community,

some mails were accidentally deleted from my mail server.

Is it possible to resent from Sophos Central?

Are the emails retained in Sophos Central for a certain period of time or are they immediately deleted after being checked and forwarded to my mail server?
