problem with domain anomaly

Hi

Problem with some of our customers, in the policy the Domain Anomaly check is enabled.

Since this morning almost all the mails failed with Domain Anomaly check.

Is there a problem with policy or the algorithm?

  • Same here.  Just opened an urgent ticket.  Not sure why there isn't a reported outage status...  Not good..

  • Sophos Support acting like its not in their concern.

All of our customers and I know about others that having that problem. I'm from Israel, we are working on Sunday, what will happen tomorrow when Europe and America will return from weekend.

I'm very disappointed from the product and the service.

Its not the first time that we r having problem with the mail security.

  • Agreed. Apparently the issue is a likely global issue, but the persons needed to fix it are off on Sunday.  I feel sorry for the call center.  They will get bombarded on Monday.

I guess more people need to put a ticket in and wake up the people who need to get this fixed.

I disabled Sopos until this is fixed.  So I have a workaround.  But what about all the other people who aren’t aware they have a problem.
