Sophos Central Email Security Google Workspace SMTP

Hello 

I've setup a sophos email security for a customer. While setting up the email security we also switched to google workspace.

E-mails working normally but one thing that is not working is smtp sending emails from a web from (they have a contact form on their website). What to I need to configure to make this work? Unfortunately I didn't find anything in the documentation.
