We released an update this weekend that provides two new and desired features.
1. Multi-select in Self Service Portal - the ability to flag multiple messages for deletion or release vs. old method of having to select one message at a time. This is being rolled out this week in staged increments.
2. Support for Plus-Addresses - we've added support for Plus Addressing without the need to have an existing alias defined. If messages are inbound for user+marketing@example.com, then as long as user@example.com has a valid mailbox, the message will be accepted and processed. This works for gateway mode with Google and all other mail servers. For M365 using MFR this is not an issue because M365 resolves the plus address to the actual mailbox before sending it through the connector to Sophos Central.
