Managing Quarantine of Distribution Lists

I have a quick question regarding the management of quarantine emails for a distribution list. I know for group emails you are able to assign an owner that will see the group when they log in to Sophos Central, but we have a few customers that are also using distribution lists at the same time. I haven't found a way for anybody to get in and manage the quarantine of the DL and I have gotten a few questions on how that might be done.

I saw mentioned somewhere that you could manually add the DL as a group, but 2 issues with that. 1st, I am syncing Azure AD with Sophos central so I can't exclude the distribution lists from syncing easily, and 2nd it would create the DL as a whole mailbox, requiring each one to be licensed. 

Is there something that I am missing with this?
