Please help me configure outbound email. I configured it by myself but i keep getting this error when i run test below
"Test status: Test failed. DNS record does not match. Please check your DNS records and try again."
Hey Kennedy Dzah, Welcome to Sophos Community.Can you share the snapshot of your configuration? Is this a local Exchange or any other mail server that the UTM is securing? Where do you get this error?
Yes, Seems about right. The test-check should be successful now
Do i have to wait for a while ?
No, Usually this reflects in about a minute. When I tested with my domain, It reflected in seconds
it still doesnt work

You still have your Domain at the end in the name. There should be no Domain name in the end. Just the Name that was given in central. End with '_domainkey'
i see that but the name appears automatically
even when i delete it doesn't
Try hitting "Test Record" button a couple of times as I noticed that it is not detecting it right away
