Sophos Outlook Add-In

I have a question regarding the Sophos Outlook add-in. When users report emails, do they end up getting sent to somewhere that our IT admins can review or do they just get sent directly to Sophos? We are looking to integrate something like this in our environment.

It will send the Email to Sophos Labs to check and also to choose Administrator / mailboxes.

Thanks, does not seem to be what I am looking for unfortunately. Was hoping to get something an admin at our org could review.

If the user press the "i am not sure about the Email", the Email will be send to Sophos Labs but also to mailboxes, you defined. So you can easily build this review process within your department.
