Email Gateway X-Spam header Zimbra interaction

Hi everyone,

I'm managing all our email through Sophos Email Gateway on Central.

We have Zimbra as local mail server.

Antispam on Zimbra is disabled, as we rely on Sophos one.

What I was wondering is if we can "catch" sophos tagged email that we are receiving through Zimbra to avoid quarantine emails and put everything in the Junk Folder, or at least catch only the TAG ones without tagging it.

The first step should be setup the policy settings to enable sender check with all we want and instead of tagging host set "deliver".

At this point we need to know, and this is the key point, the tag that Sophos add to the header of the email, if we know it we can setup Zimbra to grab this email and put it in the junk folder.

Anyone knows if and eventually how to accomplish this? Or just the spam tags Sophos use ( if they ).

In this way we could have all the sender check emails in the junk folder without subject tagging and the user could check himself .

The best should be a quarantine sophos integration with this, sending quarantine email directly to the user one by one instead that in digest.

Best regards.

Simone
