Sophos Central Email - outbound quarantine no notification

Hi All

We have moved our email filter to Sophos Central. We took part in the content control EAP to do some tests with one of our domains and left the EAP again before moving the production environment emails to central.

The content control / dlp policies were gone and now they appeared again. We have not seen any notification that content control is GA and according to https://docs.sophos.com/central/Readmes/en-us/scloud_readme.html it isn't. Or is it any I am missing something?

 

In any case: quaranitned outbund emails do not show up in the quarantine report to our users. Can this be configured that our users at least get a notification? I understand that it is not in the interest of dlp to enable users to tell sophos central to send their blocked emails anyway. But we do need some sort of notification to stay on top of this.
