[Sophos Notification] - RESOLVED: Advisory: All Regions except for US-West. Customers may experience users and devices not showing in their Sophos Central Admin dashboards.

Hi Everyone,

[UPDATE]: Issue is currently resolved and our Sophos Central Dashboard is fully functional.

Sophos Central Customers may experience users and devices not showing in their Sophos Central Admin dashboards.

Affected Regions:

  • EU-West
  • EU-Central
  • US-East

Development is actively working on addressing these potential issues in each of the regions impacted accordingly.

This KBA will be updated as more information becomes available.
