[Update]: RESOLVED - This issue has been located and resolved with some configuration changes made to accomplish this. There will be a root cause analysis over the next few days, which will be relayed in due course.
Some Sophos Email customers may be experiencing a delay in the processing of email both inbound and outbound.
We are currently investigating customers that are affected. The processing of email will be delayed both inbound and outbound, but no email will be lost. It will be processed when we have resolved this issue.
