[Sophos Advisory] Sophos Email: Displaying a small number of mail as still 'Processing'

Hey Community,

[Update]: RESOLVED - The problem is resolved and mail boxes have been correctly link and mail flow has returned to normal. 

A small number of emails may still show as 'Processing' in Sophos Email despite having already been processed. This is purely a cosmetic issue and has no impact on mail being processed. Our development team are aware of the issue and are investigating. Please follow this KB for the latest updates.
