I joined the program and we are still getting emails from 'ourselves' delivered to the inbox of users. They don't even get quarantined.

Hi Julia Hammett

Have you setup a SPF record. This basically tells other mail servers "including yours" who can send mail as your domain.

any mail not sent by you or is a "spoofed email" will be blocked by the spam filter.
