We have a new XGS107 HA pair and I've updated to v20 and even tried v21.
It has 2 load balancing wan links, just like several other XGS107 and XGS116 pairs that have never had issues.
Internet connectivity works fine for users and tracert/ping on both services.
Trying to register the HA pair at once always times out, it finally went after about 20 tries but only the primary registered so then it said register the second under the same username, but they are showing as separate FW and not an HA pair as they didn't register at the same time.
HA is up and working on the firewalls.
When I try and activate services, it only activated on the primary and never did show up in central to activate the second.
Lastly, when I try and activate a license (it is showing as base, but I have an enhanced license to activate), whether I do it through the firewall gui or central, it always says "failed to preview license", so I can't use it.
Any ideas?
Have rebooted, tried updating firmware, disabling one internet provider at a time to confirm not internet link related.
