Login without QR?

Hello,

I am using trial Endpoint  for checking solution.

I want to check allowing app (whitelisting) function.  I found some explanation it can be done through Sophos Central setting

Unfortunately, I cannot use phone camera in office because of company security policy.

Is there any way to do test without QR?

    Thank you for reaching out to the community forum.

    Can you elaborate further on which policy you are trying to test? Also, Sophos Central is not accessible on mobile phones, as this isn’t supported.

    Briefly, I want to make an exception for our equipment software. 

    We are providing medical equipment using windows pc.

    Some of  our customer in Europe use Sophos endpoint anti-virus solution.

    We are trying to check whether they can use Sophos endpoint on our equipment too.

    But we should make exception for our s/w application from AV monitoring because of performance issue and others.

    I am testing with trial version for now. and I found those white-listing configuration is possible in Sophos Central? Cloud.

    But I cannot login on it, because it needs QR authenticator but I cannot use phone camera at office because company security policy.

    So I asked there is other way to login without using QR.
