I am trying to download an endpoint installer from sophos central, but after I click on Download Complete Windows Installer the download does not start and the page returns to the dashboard.
Is there any other way to download the installer? if not, how can I resolve this issue?

May we know what browser you're currently using? Was there no download in progress shown on the browser? I tried downloading a package and can download it without any issue. 
Have you tried downloading the package using a different web browser?
Thank you, Carlos, for your response. What admin access does your account have? Are you a Supper admin/Admin, or do you only have Helpdesk access? Please note that only the Supper admin and Admin account can download software packages.
