Device has been detected as a duplicate device

We have been receiving alerts indicating that a device has been detected as a duplicate. We would like to understand the cause of this duplication in Sophos, especially since the device has the same ID and user associated with it. Additionally, could you provide a solution to prevent future duplicate device creations and advise on how to remove the existing duplicates?
