Why Are My Sophos Alerts Not Triggering for Certain Security Events?

I&rsquo;m facing issues where Sophos is not triggering alerts for certain security events that I believe should be flagged. Despite having the correct alert settings configured and running routine scans, some critical threats or suspicious activities are not being reported. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and what steps or solutions have you found effective in ensuring that all relevant security events generate alerts in Sophos?

 Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 
 May I ask what type of events you are seeing generated on your devices? Generally, if a malware detection is automatically resolved on a device, an alert will not be generated. You will be alerted only when there is a cleanup failure and administrator intervention is required.
