Access to Sophos Central will not be affected by the Support System maintenance period. To see what will be affected, you can navigate to dates into the future using the arrow on the top left of the Sophos Status Page.
This shows that only "Sophos Support Portal" will be affected. Can you confirm if you're experiencing issues with the Support Portal or Sophos Central?
