Web Control - decontrol whole category for a user

Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 

If you'd like to apply different settings to one user or group, you will need to create a new Web Control Policy. You can apply this new Web Control Policy to the desired User or Group using the different tabs near the top of the policy configuration page.

In the new Web Control Policy, you'll need to change the dropdown settings to "Let me specify" so you can change the category settings within the desired section. If you do not select "Let me specify" the options nested below each section will be greyed out.

I recently also had some hard time to find where you put the web categories - but yes, that's the correct spot for it
