If you have greylisting enabled in your mail filter, that is likely the cause. You may want to start a real Sophos Support case at https://support.sophos.com for further investigation.

But why when I click "Modifier la Methode MFA" th email is coming quickly ?

The MFA email comes from Azure which uses a bunch of different IPs for sending emails, randomly ... greylisting affects these. the other email requests you are talking about I believe come from a much smaller set of originating IPs which typically email filters that use greylisting learn rather quickly. This is just based on past experience with other customers of mine.
