Im unable to login to sophos central using my registered email jimmie.gondwe@ndc.go.tz, I want to activate my licenses

Same scenario at my desk. I was able to register a new SophosID with two email addresses.
But login to Sophos Central is not possible. Reset the Password does not work.
But i get verification codes per email as expected.
Any idea how to solve this?

Hi Matthias,
When the Sophos ID account was created, was this done using the free trial link on the following page, or directly from the Partner Portal?
