Adding basic hardware information to Sophos Data Lake hydration queries

Hi,

we wanted to use Sophos Data lake scheduled queries to check periodically if our HW and SW inventory database is up to date. We noticed that not a lot of HW info about endpoints is populated to the Data Lake with hydration queries but it can be obtained via Live queries. The problem with is that not all machines are online so we might miss some assets.

As it is not possible to change the hydration query settings by ourself I was wondering if anybody knows if there is any option or procedure to add it to the future releases? The amount of data would be negligible (manufacturer, model, serial number, maybe also CPU, Disk and RAM size).

Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.

I have reached out internally to inquire what the best channel would be for requests such as this. I suspect a feature request would be the best way to have this request logged/tracked, however, I will follow up on this thread with additional information as it becomes available.
