I'm IT in our company, am using Sophos Central endpoint protection.
I have issue with a lot of users that they can\t open PDF that they downloaded through email, i tried open it from browser and PDF reader not working.
Tried check for update in adobe but didn't work.

Based on the error screenshot you've shared. I don't see any Sophos product-related issue with the error you're getting on the PDF. The error indicates that the program being used may not be supported, or the file was corrupted.
I tried looking around and found the same thread from the Adobe community page. And it does state the same error that you're getting.
