Endpoint cached deployment on MacOS

Question

Hi there, I was wondering if it is possible to use a preinstalled deployment of Sophos Endpoint. I know sophosinstaller.zip contains the installer/downloader and Sophos Software Components folder which holds the config for client assignment to Sophos Central dashboard and they need to be kept together. I noticed that on a MacBook with Sophos installed correctly it has a folder in: Library > Application Support > Sophos > saas That contains what looks to be a full installer of around 133MB. I've tried copying the sophosinstaller.zip config into that Sophos Software Components and running that installer, it installs but the device is not assigned to the central platform. 
 We would very much appreciate a method of deployment that doesn't rely on the Endpoint client downloading significant file sizes

 Thank you for reaching us, the said method you've performed isn&rsquo;t supported by our deployment method and we don't encourage our customers on doing so as it may fire back to them if the issue occurs in the middle of the process. You can actually set up an update cache and message relay server in your environment in order for your newly deployed endpoint to directly download the installed via server instead of via internet traffic. You may refer to this documentation on how to set up an update cache and message relay.
