PureMessage 3.1.1 to 3.1.3 upgrade fail on SQL

Hi,

I'm getting the following during a failed upgrade of PureMessage 3.1.1 to 3.1.3.

0x80040e14 - idispatch error 3092 unable to start the PureMessage database.

As per the known issues, this was caused by the SQL collation. However, the installer has left the application in a partially installed state. Services cannot start and I cannot roll back. I cannot uninstall either.

Is there a way to recover 3.1.1?
