Allow encrypted messages/attachments from specific sender

i have a third party organisation who send through emails that are either encrypted or have encrypted attachments. they send emails to a number of recipients within our organisation. is there any way to set PureMessage so that it allows these emails through automatically?

  • Hi everyone!

Only internal recipients can be exempted on virus and content policies. Puremessage will filter all remote domains and no exceptions can be made to include remote domains.

You may use ADSync or custom emails to add users to policies.

As a suggestion, create a distribution group and include your recipients. Configure an exception to allow encrypted emails to the new group\distribution group. Have the third party organization send the emails to the distribution group smtp address.

    Hope this helps.
