Service account password incorrect during install?

We have an Exchange 2007 server with Puremessage 3 installed and we're now migrating away from that to Exchange 2013 and trying to install PureMessage 4.0 but I am constantly getting stuck in the install wizard. 

The install wizard recognises the service account already exists (SophosPureMessage) and asks for the password, I enter it and am told the password is wrong or the account is locked out.  Which isn't true, I've tested the password, reset it and still cannot get the install wizard to pass this screen.  The account isn't locked either. 

Is this a bug or am I missing something?
