PureMessage User Portal Login not allowed

Hi there,

i'm having a Problem with a newly installed puremessage.

I'm as the installing user be the only one to sign in the user Portal.

for the other user there is always a authentication request and after 3 time if got the 401 side - im not authorizied to visit this side.

the domain users are in the needet Groups.

inside puremessage config i was able to check the user against the ad.

does anyone has an idea where my problem is located

    When you successfully log to the quarantine digest portal...are you logging in on the server??
    Keep in mind that the quarantine digest portal uses port 8081 witch is blocked by the firewall by default (only port 80 is opened by default).
    Try disabling firewall on the Puremessage\Exchange server as a test. If users are able to authenticate, then create a firewall inbound rule to allow port 8081.

    You may also double check the quarantine digest website on IIS and make sure authentication is integrated with AD.
