PureMessage 3.1.3.0 for Exchange 2010 on Windows 2008 R2

To be simple and frank... the SPAM that get's through is ridiculously high. This product either isn't functioning properly or I have the settings goofed up (which would be odd, as it was working fine up until recently).

What can be done? What haven't I tried? We're talking the most obvious of SPAM messages, coming in 3 or 4 at a time (literally the exact same SPAM email, duplicated 3 or 4 times over) at different times of the day.

Any suggestions of info on this?
