Sending out email with TLS 1.2

Setup up

Puremessage 4.0.2 in Windows 2012 R2 with SQL 2008 R2

Exchange 2013 CU 23 with latest 2022 July patches

I am not able to send out email with TLS 1.2. Do I need to upgrade to 4.0.4 before it can work?

I had follow Microsoft guide and make changes to Exchange 2013 and window server 2012 R2
