Allow backup MX to sent email to internal server

Hi,

I have a Exchange 2013 server running on W2k12R2 with PureMessage version 4.0.2.

When sending an e-mail from my backup SMTP server it gets deleted by the PureMessage transportagent on the Exchange server. I already added the external IP address of the backup SMTP server to the trusted relay servers in PureMessage.

Disabling the transportagent resolves the issue, but also disables the purpose of PureMessage.

Any help on this ?
