Pure Message - Allow List

Question

Hello, 
 We have Pure Message version 3.1.2. I have added a senders email address in the allow list, but messages are still getting blocked by the anti spam filter. They're getting blocked for abusive languate, and key words. How can these emails be completely ignored by the Pure Message filters.

Thanks for the post. Just a heads up that 3.1.2 was retired back in December 2014, so you should look to upgrade to 3.1.3 as soon as possible. 
 
Regarding the content filtering, the allow list only stops that sender being scanned for SPAM, unfortunately you cannot allow a specific sender to bypass content filtering which is the reason why those emails are being blocked. You can allow specific recipients to be exempt from content filtering, however this takes effect for every email they receive.
