sgm401 invalid kernel system halted

Question

After installing the client and other required files I restarted the computer as required and now it come up to sgm401 invalid kernel system halted. I can not get past it

If you are getting that error, the only option you have to try running SGNRollback (which will only work if the drive is not yet encrypted) or by doing a virtual client or slaving the drive and re-imaging the machine.

Option 2 if 1 doesn't work: Virtual Client/Slaving drive: community.sophos.com/.../108156
