Sophos Puremessage 4.0.3 on Exchange 2016 with CU5


We just migrated to Exchange 2016 on Windows Server 2016.

After the PM4.0.3 installed. I'm not able to open the PM Console.


The error message:

The administration console is unable to connect to the PureMessage service on the local server.

The error code is 0x80070005


I found an old KB related to this error message & followed all the steps but the problem persist.


Please help.
