The AV engine has been updated to 3.66.3 is now available for the entire customer base. This engine update resolves the issue which also affected UTM and PureMessage customers.

What was the nature of the fix?
I ask because file read errors in other contexts (e.g. graphics format parsers) seem to have a history of recurring as file formats change.
