The Reset console passsword via SFLoader has been removed from SFOS 17.5 MR16 / 18.0 MR5 and later.
For SFOS 17.5 MR15, the Reset console password still exists but it does not function.
If the firmware was upgraded from an older version (ex. 17.5 MR14) to SFOS 17.5 MR15, SFOS 17.5 MR16 / 18.0 MR5, the Reset console password will via SFLoader will still exist but will not function.
SFLoader does not automatically update when upgrading firmware, it needs to be manually updated.
For fresh new installations of firmware SFOS 17.5 MR16 / 18.0 MR5 and later, the Reset console password will via SFLoader does not exists anymore.
The Reset password via SFLoader section from KB-000035990 is now removed.
