emails not sending in test or campaign

Hi,

Started a new campaign (two actually) and start time was 3 hours ago and emails still show as "pending".  Settings state to send email when campaign starts.  Additionally, tried to send a test mail from the new campaign screen and never see it hitting my gatewAy to get in, let alone if it was blocked.  Is there a known issue now?
