Phish Threat reported users machine

Hello,

I wonder if there is a way to narrow down on which machine the link in a phish threat mail has been clicked.

Background: The reported recipient claims to not have done it, and due to vacation some other people got the emails of that person redirected. Since none of them reported to have clicked the link the customer cannot determine who was the culprit.
