Phish Threat doesn't appear on Central Dashboard

I just set-up a trial of Sophos Central, and I belive that the option for Phish Threat WAS on the menu, and is now gone.

I'm only on day 2 of a 30 day trial.  I don't know what I did to cause it to disappear.

When list my licenses, it shows as valid with an expiry down the road.  I also get a strange banner at the top of Dashboard warning me my license expires in a month.

I am in Canada, so I'm not sure whether this product is available here???

I can't seem to create a support account to reach out to support sine it is a free trial.

Ideas?
