We have run two test campaigns on a pilot group to analyze the results and we have inaccurate/incomplete results both the times! Infact, reporting has been completely off. I can say this with certainty because I myself have pinged each user and via screen-share made sure they were following the correct way to report these emails. I have created a support ticket either on April 19th or 20th and the support agent has been really slow in communicating or providing any reasonable assistance.
Any guidance on what the expected sync times are and why the reporting might be off would be much appreciated. We have used the report message function both via web outlook and also desktop client. I know for a fact that 8 users have reported the phish campaign email, but zero are reported on the central dashboard.
