I just want to confirm that it is still not possible to update or assign more users to the campaign after it was set to active? I am brand new to Sophos Phish Threat, but was able to deploy our company's first training campaign. I selected the "Select All" button to add all users to the training campaign, but apparently that did not select all the users. So I saw a post from 3 years ago on this in which it was said that it is no possible to add more users.
I would also be interested to know how experienced people would go about fixing this issue? I do not want to cancel the current campaign as roughly 40% of the users already completed the training. One idea I can think of is to create a second campaign with the missing users, but that really messes up the metrics.
