We have been using the Phish Threat product, and have deployed the Outlook plug-in which enables users to report suspected phishing emails. For emails that are not phish tests, it's our understanding that the plug-in also sends a copy of the email to Sophos labs for further analysis. from there, we believe that information is then propagated back out to their firewalls, making the whole network "smarter".
We are considering using KnowBe4 for their phish testing and training product. Does anyone use these products together, and if so, how can you integrate the two together without creating false-positive reports on phish test campaigns?
