Dashboard - Training Completed

Al,

I'm after some clarification on Campaign statuses.

What makes up the status Training Completed?

I am using the training : Passwords

Is the campaign status only marked as Training Completed when an end user has watched the video to the end and answered the questions? If an end user stops the video and answers the questions, does that only show up as Training Started?
