[Sophos Notification] Some Phish Threat customers in the EU-West region are unable to use Phish Threat after applying a full license

Hi Community,

Some Phish Threat customers in the EU-West region are unable to use Phish Threat after applying a full license. Even though Phish Threat was available with the trial licenses, once a full license is applied, Phish Threat will disappear from the available products section of their Sophos Admin Dashboard.

Sophos Central Phish Threat development team is aware of the issue, and currently investigating.
