How to install "Sophos Guest VM Agent" on "Debian" VM

according to the FAQ article and the startup guides under Guest VM requirements only Windows is supported as guest OS.

I'm not Sophos but the long version is: Sophos for Virtual Environments plus Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows plus Sophos Anti-Virus for Linux. For a Linux GVM you'd have to use the "regular" SAV (you can do so for Windows as well if you want - it has more features than the SVE Agent).
